Players were dropping off at exactly the moment motivation was highest. I redesigned the Marquee event loop to keep them invested. Characters tied to the redesigned events ranked among the top unlocks within the first week.

Progression Design

Veterans had maxed out their heroes and had nowhere left to go. I designed Glyphs and Relics, a deep upgrade system built around stat logic, reversible choices, and build identity that gave them a reason to keep playing.
